Hello, and welcome. I recognize the vulnerability that comes with therapy and I’m dedicated to fostering a safe space where we can collaboratively address your most personal needs, concerns, and desires. As a therapist, I value unconditional empathy and compassion, and will approach all individuals with honesty and no judgement. My main priority as your therapist is to make you feel not only supported, but truly seen and heard as the unique individual that you are. At the end of the day, we are two humans working together and I strive to be my most authentic and personable self always.

I have experience in working with a variety of difficulties such as depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, crisis intervention, and anger management, among other life stressors such as work, school, one's identity, and relationships. I emphasize cultural humility and work with people of all genders, sexual orientations, race, ethnicity, and religions.

Therapy can be challenging; but with challenge comes self-growth, healing, and new perspectives. It is a journey that is not always easy to embark, but one I am more than happy to join you on.
