Therapy is not about "fixing" - but rather reclaiming the lost parts of yourself that has been buried through your experiences with traumatic and distressing events. As part of the Asian-American community, I understand how the complex and deep rooted beliefs from our cultural backgrounds can have an effect on the way we are able to navigate through life, as well as the shame that might come with struggling with feeling lost, confused, stressed, depressed, anxious, and the crushing weight of societal expectations.

Although I specialize in working with women’s issues, survivors of domestic violence, sexual trauma, and intergenerational trauma, I also have experience working with those struggling with anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. I provide a trauma-informed, person-centered, and collaborative space to help you find the power within you.
